Anyflo has emerged from stealth with a $1 million investment from Mysten Labs and an enterprise-focused platform designed to simplify stablecoin payments across multiple blockchain networks. The startup is positioning itself as an orchestration layer between businesses and increasingly fragmented stablecoin infrastructure, handling routing, liquidity and blockchain complexity rather than asking customers to manage those components directly.
According to the company’s launch announcement, Anyflo debuted at Sui Basecamp in Singapore after being incubated inside Mysten Labs. Founder and CEO Lola Oyelayo-Pearson previously served as GM Product at Mysten and held product roles at Shopify Money and Capital One. Mysten Labs also invested $1 million directly in the business, giving the newly independent company financial backing from Sui’s original contributor.
Anyflo is targeting marketplaces, fintech companies, neobanks, payroll providers and other businesses that need to move money internationally without building blockchain infrastructure themselves. Its platform is designed around a single API for sending and receiving payments, with routing across currencies, stablecoins and chains. The company says customers can settle Anyflo-processed payments in either fiat or stablecoins while using reporting, policy and reconciliation tools behind the same interface.
Native Acquisition Adds Cross-Chain Engineering
The launch also includes an acqui-hire of Native, a Bitcoin lending project built on Sui. Before the acquisition, Native had raised just under $2 million and finished among the top five projects out of 630 entries in the Sui Overflow 2025 competition. Native co-founder Robert Zaremba and his engineering team are joining Anyflo alongside cross-chain technology developed for the lending platform.
The transaction does not mean Native’s lending activity simply becomes an Anyflo product. Instead, the company describes the deal as an acquisition of engineering capability and intellectual property that can support its payments infrastructure. Anyflo’s commercial focus is payment orchestration rather than operating a crypto-native lending platform, reflecting a shift from application-specific DeFi infrastructure toward business payment tooling.
That model also extends beyond any single blockchain. Although Anyflo originated within Mysten Labs and launched at Sui’s flagship event, the company says its orchestration layer is designed to work across multiple networks. The distinction is important because enterprise customers may care more about settlement cost, liquidity and currency availability than which chain processes an individual transaction.
Sui Builds More Payment Infrastructure
Sui nevertheless provides part of the technical environment behind Anyflo’s rollout. In May, the network introduced protocol-level gasless stablecoin transfers, allowing qualifying peer-to-peer transfers of approved stablecoins to execute without users holding SUI or paying a network fee. The feature removes one layer of blockchain-specific friction, although it applies only to a restricted class of eligible transfers rather than arbitrary smart-contract activity.
Payments infrastructure on Sui has since expanded into consumer and commercial integrations. Samsung Wallet is preparing to support USDC on Sui across eligible U.S. Galaxy devices, while RedotPay integrated native USDC and SUI into its payment infrastructure earlier this year. Those integrations demonstrate that Sui’s payment primitives are reaching production products, but they do not by themselves establish demand for Anyflo’s orchestration service.
That distinction will become measurable as Anyflo moves beyond its launch phase. The company is entering private alpha in October with a production preview and initial liquidity onboarding, followed by a planned beta in Q1 2027. Until broader deployment begins, the $1 million investment, Native acquisition and technical architecture establish the platform’s starting position, while actual payment volume and enterprise usage remain to be demonstrated.
